These Terms & Conditions govern your use of sakthivasanoffsetpress.com and all orders placed with Sakthi Vasan Offset Press (“SVOP”, “we”, “our”), 35/9, Betaspace, Desabandhu Street, Ram Nagar, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641009. By placing an order on this website, you accept these terms.
About Our Service
SVOP provides printing services for visiting cards and other printed products. Orders are placed and paid for on this website, and design coordination, proof approval, and order updates are handled through WhatsApp at 9600786800.
Orders & Payment
All orders are prepaid. Payment is collected securely at checkout through Razorpay, which supports UPI, cards, and net banking. We do not store your card or banking details on our website. Production of your order begins only after payment is received. Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable charges for the listed product options; optional add-ons (such as rounded corners, creasing, or hole punching) are charged as shown at the time of ordering.
Your Content & Design Files
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content you provide for printing — including names, phone numbers, logos, and text in any language. You confirm that you have the right to use any logo, image, artwork, or trademark you submit, and that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party or contain unlawful material. We may decline to print content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringing.
File Requirements (Ready-to-Print Files)
If you choose the ready-to-print file option, your file must meet these specifications: file size 90mm × 53mm with all important text and logos inside the 82mm × 45mm safe area; minimum 300 DPI resolution; CMYK colour mode; PDF, JPG, or PNG format only. The final delivered card size is 87mm × 50mm. Files that do not meet these specifications may require correction, which we will discuss with you on WhatsApp before proceeding.
Proof Approval & Printing
Every order is printed only after you approve the final digital proof on WhatsApp. Up to 2 proof revisions are included; additional proofs are charged at ₹50 each. The approved proof is printed exactly as-is. Please verify all details before approving — errors present in an approved proof are not defects and are not eligible for free reprints. Minor colour variation between screen preview and printed output is normal in offset printing.
Colour, Paper & Finish
We print in CMYK, the standard colour system for offset printing. Colours on your phone or computer screen will always look a little different on paper. If you send a file in RGB, we convert it to CMYK, and very bright colours may print a little softer. Small colour changes between two print runs are normal. We do not promise an exact match to your screen or to an older print.
Gloss, matt and UV coated cards are hard to write or stamp on. If you need to write on your cards, ask us for a suitable paper before you order.
If your design has a QR code, please scan and test it on the proof before you approve. We are not responsible for a QR code that does not work.
Delivery
We offer free courier delivery to your doorstep across Tamil Nadu on Visiting Cards orders. Visiting Cards orders outside Tamil Nadu, and all other products anywhere in India, are sent by parcel service on a “To Pay” basis. The parcel charge depends on distance and weight, and you pay it directly to the parcel office. After booking, we will send you the LR copy (receipt) on WhatsApp. Show this copy or tell the LR number at your local parcel office to collect your parcel. Delivery timelines communicated to you are estimates; while we work to dispatch every order on time, we are not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Transit Risk & Uncollected Parcels
Booking your order with the courier or parcel service is a service we do for you. Once the parcel is handed over and booked, our responsibility ends. The goods travel at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage or delay during transit. Please check your parcel at the parcel office before you pay and collect it. If it is damaged, raise the complaint with the parcel service at that time.
If you prefer, you can collect your order from our office in Coimbatore, or book the parcel yourself.
If a “To Pay” parcel is not collected and comes back to us, no refund will be given. If you want it sent again, you must first pay the return charge and the new parcel charge.
Cancellations, Refunds & Defects
Cancellations, refunds, and defective-product claims are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on this website.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of printed products. We are also not responsible for delays or failures caused by things outside our control, such as floods, heavy rain, power cuts, strikes, lockdowns, government orders, or problems with courier and parcel services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
